Beth spent more than 15 years working at a range of companies, including top-tier advertising agencies such as Leo Burnett (on clients like Heineken and Subaru), to successful start-ups such as Delivery Hero, Urbanara and Factory. In 2017, she was nominated for 'Rising Star of the Year' in the 2017 Masters Of Marketing Awards (UK) due to a branding strategy she developed.
Over the years she witnessed companies at various stages of growth, and through this experience learned how to build a high performing company culture. In 2016, she developed an employee culture & wellness program for ‘hungryhouse‘. This converted the number of "promoters" (NPS) from 28% to 50%, meaning more than half the company became ‘highly engaged‘ throughout the program (not to mention positive brand & company advocates!).
Today she helps health & wellness entrepreneurs with developing their brand identity & core message. Additionally, she is trained as a Meditation & Yoga Nidra teacher and enjoys sharing this practise with others in both private & group classes.
