Beth has 17 years experience, working at a range of companies from top-tier advertising agencies on clients like Heineken and Subaru, to successful European start-ups such as Delivery Hero and Urbanara. She is highly skilled in the areas of branding and marketing communications having produced countless strategies & campaigns. In 2017, she was nominated for 'Rising Star of the Year' in the 2017 Masters Of Marketing Awards (UK) due to a brand re-positioning strategy she developed for an online food delivery platform.

Throughout her years of working, she witnessed companies at various stages of growth, and through this experience learned what it takes to build a high performing organisational culture. Her passion and interest in this topic led her to develop an employee engagement program for Delivery Hero. The program was a huge success, and managed to double the number of employees who were "promoters" (NPS) YOY.

She provides a unique approach to organisational development, by fusing strategic brand thinking with a deep knowledge of culture & employee engagement. Her natural enthusiasm for this field shines through, and is reflected in the high-productivity and general wellbeing of the teams she has led.

Today she supports entrepreneurs & businesses to leverage their brand and align their organisational strategy. This includes coaching/consulting services along with workshops, trainings & events. In addition she is the founder of HumanFirst,  a workplace change initiative aimed at creating human-centric organisations that are prepared for the new world of work. She is also trained as a Meditation & Yoga Nidra teacher and enjoys sharing this practise with others in both private & group settings.
