HumanFirst™ is part of a new wave of change shaking up the way organisations have traditionally been led & managed. This initiative supports companies with people, culture and development/change/transformation projects through coaching, training + certification programs.
Becoming HumanFirst™ certified means you are of the highest standard when it comes to purpose, humanity and social responsibility within organisations.
The program includes an audit process where a company is assessed on how "human" their operation is. Pending 90% of the criteria is met, companies are awarded HumanFirst status which can be used to gain insight, attract talent, enhance culture and boost credibility & their employer brand.
