The nervous system is responsible for regulating and maintaining homeostasis in the body and influences how we feel, think, act and respond to our environment. The current pressure of lockdowns, restrictions, limited travel, fear-inducing media and increasing division of opinion is weighing on our ability to cope. These sessions are designed to soothe your inner being and provide tools for cultivating a calm & peaceful outlook.



What does a session look like?

Held in an intimate space between facilitator and participant/s, these sessions help you learn how to soothe and regulate your nervous system. You will be guided to a state of deep relaxation and offered insights & tips for meditation and breath practise. Sessions include an introduction to various techniques (pranayama, mudra, yoga nidra, visualization, mindfulness) depending on what you are interested in. Suitable for all levels from beginner to advanced, tailored to the needs of the individual.

Who is it for?

People feeling fear, anxiety or overwhelm in regards to the state of the world and current events. For those wanting guidance on how to feel clear and calm no matter what is happening externally.

How does it work?

60-90 mins, in-person or online. In person can be at the participants residence or in nature (if you are in the Port Macquarie area). Sessions can be booked 1:1 or up to 5 people for a group.
