UNWIND YOUR MIND
When it comes to spiritual & healing practises - you name it, I have tried it! From spending time at a Buddhist monastery in Germany to a Balinese ashram, I have sat in silence for days and worked with monks, nuns, gurus, medicine men and healers to explore and integrate my own understanding of the spiritual path.
Through these experiences I came to appreciate the beauty of keeping it simple. Working with the body and the breath to create a sense of peace and calm. Cultivating micro habits that are small and digestible enough to integrate in to the everyday. Not worrying too much about technique or "getting it right" and finding a daily rhythm that works for you.
Today I love helping people to access the place of stillness within, using simple meditation & breath practises to release stress and soothe the nervous system.
1:1 PRIVATE CLASSES
60 min private session to soothe and restore an overactive or stressed nervous system. Personalised attention to help you relax on a deep level through a range of breath & meditation techniques. Session is customised to suit your specific needs & practise level (held in person or online).

MEDITATION CLASSES FOR ORGANISATIONS
I offer a classes designed specifically for employees to take time out from their busy day to release stress & reset their mind. Classes range from 20 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the needs of employees and can be hosted in person or online.
WELLBEING WORKSHOPS FOR ORGANISATIONS
I am an experienced speaker with a talent for explaining complex concepts in simple and digestible ways while making people feel seen & heard. My workshops cover topics such as: Brain Breaks, Cultivating Connection & Wellness at Work.
I am a Meditation, Pranayama and Yoga Nidra teacher with over a decade experience. I have completed more than 400 hours of Yoga Alliance Certified Training, through a trauma-informed teaching approach including formal studies in Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, MBSR (Mindfulness) and Tantric Hatha Meditation. I have also completed specialised courses in Crystal Bowl Sound Healing, Energy Healing, Qi Gong and Lymphatic Bodywork. My classes offer simple & practical ways to start meditating and working with the nervous system, so that everyone can experience the benefits of meditation.
