UNWIND YOUR MIND
When it comes to spiritual practises and healing modalities, I have done it all. Seriously, you name it - I've tried it. From spending time at a Buddhist monastery in West Germany to a Balinese ashram, I have sat in silence for days and worked with monks, nuns, gurus, medicine men and healers to explore and integrate my own understanding of the spiritual path.
Through these experiences I came to appreciate the beauty of keeping it simple. Working with the body and the breath to create a sense of peace, ease and calm. Not worrying too much about technique or "getting it right" and simply finding a rhythm and flow that works for you.
1:1 PRIVATE CLASSES
One hour private session to soothe and restore the nervous system, held in person or online. This is a gentle breathwork and meditation practise that will leave you feeling like you've had 8 hours sleep! If you're a beginner we can also explore the basics and learn simple steps for how to meditate.
WELLBEING WORKSHOPS FOR ORGANISATIONS
I am an experienced speaker with a talent for explaining complex concepts in simple and digestible ways while making people feel heard, understood and included. I offer a range of workshops on topics such as: Cultivating Connection, Mindfulness at Work, Stress Less and Staying Focused.
I am a meditation, pranayama and yoga nidra teacher with over a decade experience. I have completed more than 400 hours of Yoga Alliance Certified Training, through a trauma-informed teaching approach. I have studied Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, MBSR (Mindfulness) and Tantric Hatha Meditation amongst several other spiritual disciplines. My classes offer a gentle, empathetic approach, and a simple and accessible way to start meditating and working with the nervous system.

What does a session look like?
Held in an intimate space between facilitator and participant, these sessions help you learn to work with your nervous system to cultivate a sense of peace and clarity. Together we practice various breathing techniques to help release any tension/emotion within the body and mind. You will be guided to a state of deep relaxation and offered personalised insights & tips for meditation and breath practise.

- Want to feel clear and calm no matter what is happening in the external world
How does it work?
60 mins, online or in person (Mid-North Coast, NSW). Suitable for all levels from beginner to advanced, tailored to the needs of the individual.
